Library Frequently Asked Questions

I returned my items to the book drop/Library before you closed, but they items are still listed on my account. Why?
Even if you brought your materials back, they were not checked back in. Materials that were removed from book drops and taken back from patrons were placed into bins in the library. Once the library reopens, materials will be checked back in.
Am I going to be charged for my items that are overdue on my account?
No. Items that are currently on your account are not incurring any overdue or lost item fines. Any fines that may have been incurred while we are closed will be waived once the library reopens.
I forgot my library card # / PIN / password. Can you tell me what it is?
We have no way to access your account information while the library is closed.
