CURB-SIDE PICKUP™

Instructions: HOW TO ORDER

Our Curb-Side Pickup To Go™ services are running. In order for this service to run smoothly and safely, you will be required to follow the listed rules:

Instructions: AFTER YOU PLACE AN ORDER

  • When you receive your text or email notification that your item(s) is/are available, give your Library branch a call to set up a Curb-Side Pickup™ appointment time.
  • It may take a day or two before you receive your notification. Please be patient.
  • DO NOT show up without having a confirmed, appointed time.
  • You MUST WEAR A MASK when you come to the Library to pickup.
  • You MUST BRING YOUR LIBRARY CARD and/or PHOTO ID when you come to the Library to pickup.
  • Upon arrival at the Library, look for signage as to where to go to pickup your materials. Most locations will have pickup outside the front door.

RETURNING YOUR MATERIALS

All of our Book Drops are open for you to return materials 24 hours a day.

  • We WILL NOT be accepting returned materials in person-to-person contact.
  • All returned materials must be placed in a Book Drop.
  • All returned materials enter into a quarantine period for 4-7 days.
  • Returned items will still show on your account until they exit their quarantine period.
  • If you have over due or lost items you will not be allowed to borrow any more, until you pay for or return the lost item(s).
